Travel medication calculator
Going away? Count what to pack for every day of the trip, plus a few spare days in case you are delayed.

Arithmetic only, not medical advice. For a long trip, ask your pharmacist about supply rules and travel letters.
How it works
The trip counts every day from the day you leave to the day you come home, both included, since you will take doses on both. Spare days are added on top. Each medication's units per day times those days gives the amount to pack, rounded up to whole units.
Pack medication in your carry-on in its original packaging, with a copy of the prescription. Some countries limit how much of certain medicines you can bring in, so check the rules where you are going before you leave.
Reminders that come with you
Cadence counts your supply as you log doses, so you know before you go whether you have enough. When you land in a new time zone, it asks whether your reminders should follow local time or stay on home time.
Pack it, then forget the maths
