Medication schedule maker

Told to take something three times a day? Spread the doses across your waking hours, then print a chart for the week.

How is it prescribed?

Some medicines need a set gap, food or an empty stomach. Follow the label and ask your pharmacist if the times here do not fit.

Arithmetic only, not medical advice. Your doctor or pharmacist sets your doses.

How it works

Times a day. The first dose goes at the time you wake and the last at bedtime, with the rest spread evenly between them. Times are rounded to the nearest quarter hour so they are easy to remember.

Every few hours. Doses start at your first time and repeat at the interval around the clock. Any that land while you are usually asleep are marked, so you can ask your pharmacist whether a night dose matters for your medication.

Three times a day and every eight hours are not always the same thing. If your label says every eight hours, use that option and check with your pharmacist before moving a dose.

Reminders at every one of these times
