Inhaler days calculator

An inhaler can run out with no warning if it has no counter. Enter the puffs on the label and how you use it to see how long it lasts.

The figures above are an example until you change them. Nothing you type leaves your browser.

What the number tells you

Divide the puffs in the inhaler by the puffs you use each day. Reorder well before the last day, so you are not caught without it.

What it leaves out

For a reliever used only when needed, there is no fixed answer. Use your usual week as a guide. If you are using it more than usual, talk to your doctor.

Priming puffs and the expiry date also count. Check the leaflet, and use the dose counter if your inhaler has one.
